HOW TO BE AN EFFECTIVE ENGINEER.

To be an effective engineer they require some skills, the most important are:

Technical Competence. Are those that are referred to the specific skills involved with correct performance of positions of a technical area or a specific function.

Leadership Skills. Leadership Skills is the function that takes a person who is distinguished from the rest and is able to make the right decisions for the group, team or organization.

Communication skills. The ability to exchange information with other people in the organisation and community.

Teamwork. Ability to integrate quickly and work efficiently in unidisciplinary teams and collaborate in a multidisciplinary environment.
